Monthly Capacity per Hire

This field specifies the total monthly capacity for each employee measured in terms of Revenue, Active Customers, or New Customers. New employees will be automatically scheduled for hire as the company is forecasted to cross each capacity milestone.

Examples:

If Revenue: an input of $100,000 would mean we need an employee for each $100,000 the company makes in revenue. If the company is making $300K in revenue, then they would need 3 employees to support that level of business. As the company grows passed $300K to $400K in revenue, they will need to add another employee, which would bring the total to 4 employees.

If Active Customers: an input of 1,000 would mean we need an employee for every 1,000 active customers the company has. If the company has 30,000 active customers, then they would need 30 employees for support. As the company grows passed 30,000 to 31,000 active customers, they will need to add another employee, which would bring the total to 31 employees.

If New Customers: an input of 1,000 would mean we need an employee for every 1,000 new customers the company acquires each month. If the company acquires 5,000 new customers on a monthly basis, then they would need 5 employees for support. As the company grows passed 5,000 to 6,000 new customers per month, they will need to add another employee, which would bring the total to 6 employees.
